Team Manager – Customer Service / Sales

If you’re a personable and ambitious Team Manager with a background in a Customer Service or Sales Contact Centre environment, then Cute Resource Solutions might have the perfect position for you!

We are lucky enough to be working with a fantastic, well-established global business, who are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their Brighton call centre.

The responsibilities of this role will include managing a team of call advisors, driving and developing the company values throughout the team. You will be providing support to help the team meet their individual goals as well as team results. This will be done through the regular 1-2-1 meetings and consistent motivation and encouragement.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a customer focused approach
  • Have experience leading or managing a team – ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Have experience working in a customer service and sales environment
  • Be a team player
  • Be an enthusiastic individual with the ability to motivate and up-lift a team
  • Have excellent communication skills
