Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be recruiting for a hugely successful business in Bristol, who are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in North Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join a company where they offer fantastic training and development.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a range of inquiries from customers and investigating any issues to ensure that the customer is satisfied. There will also be administration duties involved which will include processing customer quotations and inquiries onto the internal system. The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer service at all times – so previous experience in a similar role is very important.

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor for our client, you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Telephone based experience
  • Ability to work at a fast-pace
  • Organised and an excellent time-keeper
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
