Using Executive Search to drive new product launches

Cute Executive were approached by a member of the executive board of this major UK consumer financial services business at the point that VC backing had been agreed. At that point, part of the local strategy was to diversify into new markets within the insurance broker market.

Therefore a requirement arose to source a number of key hires for the Bristol and Midlands site – to include insurance and sales Commercial Managers with salaries between: £65k – £150k.

Cute Executive were asked to provide a candidate selection for each of the opportunities, to include a broad range of skills and knowledge from across the new financial product markets which our clients were looking to enter.

After conducting research and mapping the senior and relevant contacts within 4 key relevant competitor organisations direct approaches were made and 3 senior hires were made as a result of this activity.

Cute resource now acts as a first tier supplier to this organisation on a National level and has, over the 5 years that we have been working with them, made a number of strategic appointments as well as supplying the contact centre and operations departments with sales, marketing and data professionals.
