Cute Resource Solutions are delighted to be working with a very well known unified communications provider, who due to expanding their Bristol based sales team, now seek their next Sales Account Manager.
As a Sales Account Manager, you are a motivated, effective and a commercially astute sales professional ethically promoting a range of Hosted Telephony, SIP Trunking, and feature-rich telephone systems to businesses across the South West.
Your role is to identify, develop and manage key accounts within the South West, building sustainable partnerships to deliver sales and profit targets, and also to be continually looking for new opportunities to sell the product suite.
- To establish, maintain and develop current and potential client relationships
- To continuously develop new business opportunities via lead generation and effectively manage a sales pipeline
- To present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients whilst ensuring appropriate profit margins.
- To prepare presentations, proposals and quotations
- To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, new leads and referrals
- Identify problems impacting on customer satisfaction and to implement a prompt and effective resolution through the management of all necessary resource
- To manage allocated account base. Quickly and efficiently responding to client queries and concerns, whilst working closely with other team members to ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Maintain up to date and accurate customer and lead information on CRM and relevant systems
