Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with a very successful business who are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team in Gloucester. This is a brand new role that is available due to an exciting period of growth within the business.
As an Internal Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various vacancies within the business, as well as the day-to-day recruitment administration. Administration duties will include arranging interviews, preparing offer documents, writing and posting adverts, reviewing advert response, sending emails to candidates and sending feedback to candidates. You will be required to liaise with the Hiring Managers and to ensure that all candidates receive an excellent candidate experience. Another part of your role will involve liaising with Recruitment Agencies and helping with the PSL review when required.
This will be a very varied and fast-paced role, so you will need to be able to work under pressure and able to work towards deadlines.
