HR Business Partner – Employee Relations

Cute Resource Solutions are proud to be working alongside our client; a well-established global organisation, to recruit a talented HR BP from a call centre/retail/hospitality background. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of employee relations experience from having worked in a high volume environment, with a pragmatic approach to working.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality generalist HR support to growing business; focussing on employee engagement, relations and any other BP duties. The successful applicant is likely to be someone who is extremely personable, able to make decisions and problem solve effectively, as well as being a team player. You will sit alongside a team of 4 other BP’s and with report directly into the HR Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and improving HR processes
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of the business, and recommending necessary change and development strategies
  • Taking strategic plans and putting these into action throughout the business
  • Recruitment, Training and development
  • Implement leaninitiatives to increase engagement, capability and productivity

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • ER experience – grievances, engagement, disciplinary and dismissals
  • Experience having worked within a high volume call centre/ retail/ hospitality
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Self-starter and able to self-manage effectively
