HR and Admin Manager

Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with a successful Bristol-based business, who are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join their busy office. Our client is looking for a CIPD qualified individual, who has had experience working in a generalist HR role, also with administration experience.

As a HR and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Directors of the business by doing the recruitment, dealing with disciplinary issues, managing staff annual leave and absences, arranging staff benefits and ensuring that staff receive an excellent employee relations experience. You will also need to manage all of the admin around this.

An overview of your responsibilities is as follows;

  • Advising and assisting staff on personal and work issues
  • Arranging training and training programs
  • Ensure that health and safety training is provided to staff
  • Record absence, annual leave, disciplinary issues etc.
  • Advertise vacancies, interview and induct new staff
  • Act as a point of contact for external suppliers
  • Various ad hoc admin duties

To be a successful candidate you will need to have;

  • A wealth of generalist HR experience
  • Administration experience
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience working in an SME or happy to work in this environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills
