Group Facilities Manager – £40-50k DOE

Cute Resource are proud to be working alongside one of our longstanding Financial Services clients to recruit an experienced and highly organized Facilities Manager.

As Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance, Health & Safety and general facilites management of their Bristol, Northampton and Milton Keynes sites which means candidates must have previous multi-site experience. The role is based in the Bristol office but will involve occasional travel to the other sites where neccesary.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and continuously improving H&S activites at all sites
  • Manage all activity relating to retention of ISO 14001 accreditation
  • Management of all first aiders and fire marshalls
  • Project managing all refurbishment, renovations and office moves
  • Managing site budgets
  • Responding to business tenders
  • Managing contractors

Successful candidates must have a wealth of previous experience in a similar area and MUST hold a Nebosh certification in Health and Safety, good working knowledge of ISO 14001 and MUST have a valid driving license.

The salary for this position is £40-50k depending on experience.
