Customer Services and Office Administrator

We are very excited to be working with a great, reputable company who are in the process of expanding their team of administrators! They promote progression within the team and encourage development, making it a great opportunity for someone keen to embark upon a long-term career.

We are recruiting for a pro-active and personable administrator to join their team of friendly individuals. They are looking for someone who has experience working with Administration role, customer service experience and ideally has experience doing some credit control related duties.

Your duties will include:

  • General administration duties
  • Contacting suppliers and customers
  • Producing letters/emails and sending these out
  • Inputting data into database
  • Helping with other adhoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience is needed
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Super organisational skills

This role is a 9-5pm position, Monday to Friday. They offer a competitive salary and other benefits include a contributory pension scheme, excellent holiday entitlement as well as a private medical care.

They are looking for someone who lives around the Clevedon/Nailsea/W-S-M/Backwell/Long Ashton/Portishead area due to their location, or can easily access this area.
