We are lucky enough to be working with a fantastic, well-established business in Bristol, who are one of the largest companies in their field of work. With the huge amount of growth and expansion this company are currently experiencing, my client are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is very organised with a background of Customer Service and Administration, with the ability to deliver an excellent service whilst adopting a personable and friendly, yet professional approach to their work. It is important that you are able to work well in a team and have the ability to build rapport and relationships in a telephone-based environment. You will have come from a Customer Service, Sales or Financial Services background with excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling a range of enquiries over the phone
  • Investigating issues and liaising with relevant teams to ensure that problems are fully resolved
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times
  • Adhering to client guidelines.
  • Processing of quotations
  • Working closely with the Sales team to maximise business opportunities
  • Using excellent attention to detail and organisation skills to keep administration up to date and accurate
  • Communicating with the team and senior members of the team any issues that arise

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Experience of working towards targets and be able to succeed in this environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel as well as strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate checking and recording skills
