Customer Relations Executive

Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with a well-known business in Bristol, who are currently looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a wealth of customer services experience, so join a progressive company who will support you with the development of your career.

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers ringing in to the business. You will be required to deal with all of their queries and requests, aiming to resolve the query immediately. As well as this, you will be responsible for putting in courtesy calls to all customers who have recently been in contact, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service that has been provided. In these courtesy calls, you will also be required to advise them of additional products that might benefit them.

The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills:

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • A self-starter – ability to take ownership and resolve customer queries as quickly as possible
  • Ability to work at a fast-pace
  • Organised and an excellent time-keeper
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate level)
