These solutions could be anything from a bespoke learning management platforms (LMS) or online performance management software (Saas). It’s really varied and you will be working towards a strategic plan, to ultimately help a business become more streamline and efficent.
Due to a fantastic 2016 so far, and some major contract wins across the globe, my client now seek an experienced Sales Manager to join their sales team and help drive this business forwards.The role will be office based with frequent travel to client sites and appointments across the UK, with their main customer base being South West, London, Birmingham and Wales..
This role is 100% new business, but not your typical business development role where your making 100 outbound cold calls. It’s a very consultative process and you will be taking part in a range of campaigns to attract new business. Whether that be email marketing, lead generation or showcasing/network, it’s down to you, however you see best fit.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with 3-5 years software sales experience, living in Bristol and looking for a challenge. My client are a very successful and rapidly growing SME, it has grown from 3 members of staff to 40 in 3 years, which is quite impressive and they have no plans to stop here!
Your experience will include:
- Previous experience selling Cloud solutions, HR software, performance management.
- Experience working within a sales or BDM role
- Excellent presentation, communication, organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales / business growth and account management within further education
