We have a great role for you as one of our clients is currently looking to expand their administration team! I am currently recruiting for a fantastic company who are looking for a pro-active and personable administrator to join their growing team.

This is your opportunity to join a reputable business who promote progression throughout their team – they encourage you to learn further skills and to grow within your role. The role of Administrator will include;

  • General administration duties – supporting the wider administration team of 6 others with day to day tasks
  • Contacting suppliers and customers
  • Producing letters/emails and sending these out
  • Inputting data into database
  • Helping with other adhoc duties

Essential Skills;

  • Previous administration experience – ideally 12months +
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Super organisational skills

This is a Monday to Friday, 9-5pm role and our client offer a fantastic environment. They are looking for someone who lives around the Clevedon/Nailsea/W-S-M/Portishead area due to their location. Other benefits include pension, excellent holiday entitlement as well as a 6 monthly company bonus.
