Cute Resource Solutions are pleased to be working with a fantastic business in Bristol, who are currently looking for an Admin & Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.
As an Admin & Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers, greeting visitors, sorting through the post, entering travel expenses claims, booking accommodation/travel, booking meetings, filing, purchasing office supplies and composing emails/letters. As well as these admin duties, you will be responsible for basic accounts support – this will include preparing customer invoices and raising sales invoices, as well as debt collection and managing petty cash.
This will be a varied and broad role, where ideally you will also pick up some of the general office management duties to support the team.
