We largely work on a retained basis with our Clients and follow a tailored process, commencing with a full brief in order to completely understand the business, market and intricacies of the role. We then present a long list, followed by a shortlist, and then manage the interview and offer process. All approaches are completely confidential, well informed and respectful.
